"Subtle art of Not giving a F*ck"
“This book hits you like a much-needed slap in the face from your best friend: hilarious, vulgar, and immensely thought-provoking. Only read if you’re willing to set aside all excuses and take an active role in living a f***ing better life.”
I have a Kinda story with this book and few more books..
The story is like these were the First few books I bought from my own earned money (I did an internship xD). So these are kinda close to my Heart🥺.
➡️Coming towards the Review👀
The Book is written by Mark Manson who is actually a Superstar Blogger (if you read blogs you know this already). This is a Self Help Book..
The writer actually tells you how to in fact give a fuck/ care about the right things. ...
How to stop trying to be "positive" all the time so that we can truly become better, happier people (Always being optimistic isn't necessary).
For decades, we’ve been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F**k positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let’s be honest, shit is f**ked and we have to live with it."
The Best thing I loved in the Book was "There are only so many things we can give a f**k about so we need to figure out which ones really matter".The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k is a refreshing slap for a generation to help them lead contented, grounded lives💯.
This book helps you to be more practical and be realistic in your life. The writer engages the readers with him till the end. It is useful for youngsters as it tells how to live a balanced life. Mark Manson teaches us to let most of the things go as they are not that worthy but we constantly pay attention to them (sometimes unconsciously) and focus on what truly matters. It changes the whole perspective of your life and especially as teenager when you think of a life full of luxuries without any problem, the writer tells that happiness doesn’t lies in such life. It comes from confronting problems and finding the way to solve them.
QOTD : Tell me something which you learned from a Self Help Book👀
This book didn't change my life but made me accept and improve the life I already have.🌸
Much Love❤
